Maan Fashion is a venture of Monogramfabrics, Located in the Textile City (Surat, Gujarat, India).

We are into textile business since past 26 years, and this “Maan Fashion™ ” is our new venture to reach Boutique Owners directly via Internet.

Payment Terms :

Shipping Charges to be payed by the BUYER
i.e Shipping prices will be additional to the mentioned price.

100% Pre Payment of the order has to be done.

Payment Options are :-
1) Via Internet Transfer / Cash Deposit in our Bank Account
2) Western Union Money Transfer

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy :

1) Damages pieces can be Returned within 7 days of shipment. (Courier Charges to be payed by the BUYER )

2) FOR International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty If Charged , It has to be PAID by BUYER.

3) VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

4) Stitched Suits, Will NOT BE Exchanged or returned for ANY ISSUES.

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Surat, India

Your Order is CONFIRMED After we receive the Payment, and Product availability status is checked after receiving YOUR PAYMENT, Their are chances that EVEN AFTER you pay the Product MAY Not be available, we Provide Easy Refunds or Adjustments if that Case Occurs.
